Our Policies

*Check-out time is 11 AM
*Rates are for 2 adults, each additional guest will need to be added to the reservation.
*Please note: we do not allow extra guests at the cottage whom are not accounted for in your reservation. If there are extra guests in your party without us being made aware, we will charge a minimum of $50 extra and no future reservations can be made.
*Rates may vary thru holiday weeks and weekdays
*WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. Anyone bringing a pet will be asked to leave without a refund.
*NO SMOKING inside the cottages. Smoking is allowed outside in the driveway or by the firepit only. Please bring a closeable container for your cigarette butts and do not bring inside. We do not allow them to be thrown in the yard or in the firepit.
Breaking our no smoking rule will result in a $350 fee and ban any future reservations with us.
*Return guests may save additionally but must call in to do so.
CANCELLATIONS
*Our Cancellation Policy: to cancel we need a phone call at least 15 days prior to your scheduled reservation.
*Holidays and October we need a 4 week notice.
*A cancellation made with proper notice (15 days) will receive reimbursement minus a $50 processing fee.
* If you need to cancel because of sickness, babysitter cancellation etc. with out giving proper notice, we will reimburse you all except $50 IF we are able to "fill" the spot. We realize unexpected things can come up and we try our hardest to fill your spot. If we are unable to fill your spot we charge full price.
